The conversion should be carried out immediately after the boiler has been unpacked.
Note: Where not stipulated, all references to Sections and diagrams are in the Installation and Service Instructions supplied with the boiler.
Note : All kit parts for a particular boiler must be used.
Remove main burner, refer to Section 8.3 and injector, refer to Section 8.4.
Seal injector using a sealant suitable for L.P.G. Propane.
Xeon 40ff/LP only : The burner tray base baffle must be removed and disposed of. Replace the fixing screws, see diagram 2 of these instructions.
Xeon 80ff/LP only : Burner support assembly. The burner support bracket must be removed and replaced by the one supplied in the kit, refer to Section 8.3 and diagram 1 of these instructions.
Fit new pilot burner, refer to Sections 8.3 and 8.5.
Attach new Data label. Care should be taken when oversticking the label on top of the original which is located at the bottom of inside right side panel, as not to obscure the boiler serial number.
New Warning label. Overstick over original warning label which is located on inside of controls cover, see diagram 5.1.
Gas valve adjustment : see diagram 3 of these instructions, for appropriate valve. Refer to Installation and Service Instructions for access to adjuster. Turn setting screw fully anti-clockwise.

Check the setting pressure during commissioning of the boiler.
Check for gas soundness.
Seal the gas pressure adjustment screw with a suitable paint and refit the cover.
Note : Check setting pressure during commissioning of boiler.
For spares requirements always quote both the kit serial no. and the boiler serial no.
When ordering spare parts ensure that the correct L.P.G. Propane item is obtained for the injector, pilot burner and main burner, see table 1 of these instructions.
